Struggle Sets on Deadlifts w/ VIDEO (17 July 2015)

Another struggle set deadlift workout..

This is last Friday's deadlift workout. I managed to increase the weight from 190 kgs to 195 kgs for the second round of pulling against the safety rods adjusted at various heights. I also used a wide grip on the 125 kgs x 12 reps deadlift set at the end to stimulate whatever back growth I can and I am super surprised that not only did I have a killer pump in my mid-back but I also could have gone up to 15+ reps but I decided to play conservative and stop at 12.

190 kgs = 419 lbs
195 kgs = 430 lbs
125 kgs = 275 lbs
